Haber Farms, located in Eastern Jackson County, is dedicated to providing fresh, sustainable, and locally grown produce. Established in 2025, we specialize in a wide range of products, including microgreens, sourdough bread, farm-fresh eggs, seasonal vegetables, and more! We are a no waste production, meaning any product that doesn't get sold will be preserved, eaten, or composted to benefit the next harvest. Our mission is to cultivate healthy, delicious food for our community.

"Picked up some Micro Greens from Haber Farms recently and I was honestly shocked, as they stayed fresh in my fridge for 3 weeks. That never happens. Most greens start wilting after a few days, but these stayed crisp and full of flavor the whole time.
Taste-wise? Absolutely killer. Super fresh, packed with flavor, and you can tell it’s real-deal quality. They come packaged in a clean plastic clamshell that actually keeps them fresh, which I appreciate. Easy to stack, easy to store, zero mess.
Also, Derek and Mayci were awesome to work with. Super friendly, made the whole experience smooth and personal.
